Cancellation Policy

Skincare Service Policy At Dolä Skn Esthetics, my goal is to provide each client with high-quality, personalized skincare treatments in a professional and relaxing environment. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Appointments & Booking • All appointments must be booked in advance through [website and/or phone]. • A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $30 charge. • No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
